Turn On/Off

1. Press the POWER button to turn on the meter;

2. Press the POWER button about 2 seconds to turn off the meter.

Alert Value Setting

1. Turn on the meter, then press SET button to enter alert setting;

2. Press the DEN and MODE button to increase/decrease the setting value;

3. Press HOLD button to comfirm the setting.

(when the value reaches the setting value, it will have an alarm sound)

Choose Measurement Modes

1. Turn on the meter, then press MODE button to choose the mode you need.

(Under SOFTWOOD mode, press DEN button to choose the wood density from 1-9 grades as you need.)

Measure and Read

1.Place the device on the material's surface for a few seconds (make sure it is stable).

2.Read the moisture content on the LCD and press the HOLD button to hold the reading.
